Civil Field Photos
Account & data deletion

Delete your account and data

You can remove Civil Field Photos and all data it has stored at any time. Most of your data lives on your device, so deletion is fast and complete.

What gets deleted

  • All projects, photos, annotations, watermarks, and GPS overlays stored locally by the app.
  • App preferences and settings saved on your device.
  • Any diagnostic identifiers tied to your install (cleared automatically when the app is removed).

What is retained, and for how long

  • Subscription and purchase records held by Apple or Google (not by Denison Systems) are retained by those platforms under their own policies. We do not control or have access to your payment details.
  • Support emails you have sent us are retained for up to 24 months for support history and legal recordkeeping, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion using the form below.
  • Anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g. crash counts, feature usage totals) cannot be tied back to an individual user and are not deleted on request.

Option 1 — Delete from your device
